TD Five BoroBike Tour

The Five Boro Bike Tour is a large-scale cycling event that travels through all five boroughs of New York City by bike. Held every May, its biggest draw is a roughly 65 km car-free route that loops through Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. You can ride safely by bike through a massive city that is normally packed with cars — a truly "special New York experience." First held in 1977, it is now known as one of the largest cycling events in the Northern Hemisphere, drawing more than 30,000 riders from around the world.

Starting from Battery Park in downtown Manhattan, the route heads north along Avenue of the Americas and through Central Park, then loops through the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn before finishing on Staten Island.
